* The initial setup for a Pledged Asset Feature loan must be at least 130% of the portion of the loan collateralized by the eligible securities (the "Pledge Amount"). Typically, the pledge amount is equal to 30% of your loan amount but may vary depending on securities pledged or other individual circumstances. Because the value of all securities can fluctuate, securities held in the Morgan Stanley brokerage account must be maintained at a level greater than or equal to 110% of the Pledge Amount.
