Once your application has been approved, it's time to begin processing your loan. Here's how it works:

• Provide complete information.

Within three days, you will receive a packet of information that includes a list of documents that we'll need from you. Please collect all of the requested information and send it to us in the overnight envelope provided within two days. If we receive your information late, or there is missing documentation, the loan process could be delayed and we will not be able to guarantee you a timely closing.

• Pay related fees.

In many states, we require payment of an application fee in order to continue processing your loan. Also, if you choose to lock your rate, a rate lock fee and agreement may be required.

• Await title and appraisal.

After submitting your application, we will order your appraisal and title work. An appraiser will contact you to schedule a walk through.

• Set up a closing date.

When all documents, title work, and the appraisal are satisfactorily completed, your loan officer will contact you to set up a signing date and provide your final closing figures.
